Hours
Both centres are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Children may be bought to or collected from the centres at any time during those hours. Upon arrival and departure, children must be signed in and out of the centres. This is a legal requirement and you will understand the reasons for it. In consideration for our staff, please notify us if you are unavoidably delayed at the end of the day. We must be notified if you arrange for someone else to collect your child.

Fees
Payment of fees is weekly unless special arrangements have been made with centre management. You may be eligible for a Work & Income childcare subsidy - please ask us for brochures or contact WINZ directly. For your convenience we can assist you by offering an automatic payment facility, and have EFTPOS available also. Management reviews fees every six months and will give prior notice of any change.

Enrolments
When we enrol your child we collect certain data about your child. Much of this we are legally required to do, such as which days of the week the child is booked for attendance, your child’s vaccination records, and home contact details. Others are helpful for the staff who will have ongoing care of your child, such as information about routines, special interest, likes and dislikes. It is very important that we are advised of any relevant medical information, such as medication and allergies.
